I ordered chicken tenders but they gave me the chicken nuggets instead. For real, they were all smaller than the ranch cup I got. I ate again on the way home. For anyone looking for the best possible experience at this Culver’s, get in your car, take a left out of the parking lot, then a right on International Blvd. There’s a Wendy’s not too far up the road.

They make really good smash burgers, so 2 patties is close to a regular burger somewhere else. That’s not a negative because the patties had a great crust and seasoned well. The only reason for 4 stars is a got a vanilla mixer work wild cherries and not only do they not taste very much like cherries, but it was SO sweet and this is coming from a guy that loves sweets! I don’t know if that was a normal amount of cherries or if it was more than normal, but they do have it with whole cherries which I’ll try next time.

(Visit: April 7) After waiting in line for ten minutes behind multiple employees that just clocked out and were joking around, I received my food. First few bites of my burger were alright, but something was off. Upon further investigation, one of my patties was not cooked to proper temperature, ruining my appetite. I followed the instructions on the receipt about submitting a complaint, but never heard anything back from them as of May 1. Maybe it will take a public review to receive a response, but until they make it right, I won’t be visiting this location again. Attached is a picture of the raw burger; notice the bottom patty is properly cooked, so you can tell they weren’t even cooked at the same time.

I can only speak for my personal experience. I went in for a quick lunch break and I was instantly greeted. The place was clean, the customer service was great and the food was punctual. It was hot and fresh I had the fish sandwich combo with french fries and I tried their peach mango smoothie. It was delicious while waiting I was offered a lemon ice and my experience was really really good! I hope that they will keep it up. It was really smart to put this location here for Culver’s and the community so please don’t let us down!

First time ever trying Culver’s. I’m not a burger eater but had a taste for a burger and I’ve heard good things about them from others. I ordered the single patty, dressed it the way I wanted and an order of onion rings. The onion rings were really good and fresh. The burger was not. It was not seasoned at all. Toppings were just thrown on top and the slathered the burger with mustard and the burger was cold! The staff was friendly and service was fast. But again the burger was not good at all.

I met up for lunch with some of the area directors for my job and food was delicious and the wait time for it was quicker than I’ve ever seen. I’ll definitely be back to eat or get take out. Highly recommended eating establishment.

*Request response from owners* food was great managers were amazing. Cashiers mehh. But I understand they are young. I bought a few gift certificates from 843 deals for your store and wondering if I can redeem them for card copies. It seems to be a bit of confusion every time I have used them and I want to gift them out without the same issue. I THE FISH AND CHIPS!

When you 1st walk in, the reception counter is very small, so people are kind of packed in around the entrance door. It took more time than I would have liked to get my order made and sit down. There were a lot of workers at the place, but a lot of them didn’t seem to be doing much. Once I was past that, everything went smoothly. My food was delivered to the table and the meal was hot and fresh. I left happy. The drive-through process is very efficient.

Probably the worst Culver’s location. 4/4 times we’ve come to this location and they’ve failed to simply make our order. If you look at the attached photo, this is their famous “Culver’s Deluxe” with “the works”. Apparently that now means it only comes with pickles, mustard and onions. They’re trying incredibly hard to be worse than McDonald’s.

I loved it here it was a nice place to be but the people were rude and goofed off a lot, I understand it is a new place and they probably aren’t fully trained, but they could do better. My Custer took 10 minutes to get there (it was just 2 scoops) the people could do better they weren’t doing much and there were many of them, also got one of our orders wrong. Overall, the food was great, the bathrooms were clean, the tables were clean, and the whole place is general was very clean. The only things I did not like was the Custer taking long and the people weren’t doing anything and we’re not very friendly, but there was a very nice girl there. Might come back
