Apparently with the introduction of a kiosk people walking in are ignored. Walked up to counter looked at directly by two employees ignored not greeted. Looked at the menu no reponse from staff. Walked over to the kiosk looked for what I wanted in a breakfast menu, and did not see it on that screen and did not see an option for it on the kiosk even though it is in the over head counter menus.

By far the best McDonald’s location in town. Drive a little further and go here as opposed to the Coors locations. The operator/owner is always at this store making sure things are working well and the staff is top notch. This restaurant is always very clean and the service is beyond what you would expect from a fast food place. The staff are able to make decisions to make the customer happy, like when offers don’t show up on the self serve ordering kiosk , the staff is empowered to make the decisions to ensure customers are taken care of.

This location is a mess. I ordered through the app and tried to pickup my order at the drive thru. I was handed the wrong order at the window and then told to pull aside and that they would bring my order out. After 10 minutes waiting, I went inside to find my order sitting on the counter. The staff seemed very confused by the whole process, and I don’t think the manager had any idea what was happening, even after I tried to explain.

I am going to note that I showed up for my meals at 12:35-ish on a thursday afternoon. Oh my god! This is the best quarter pounder I have had in years! I thought this type of service was dead as no matter what Mcdonalds I go to the burger is just sloppily thrown together, fries are lacking, sometimes buns are pale and sometimes orders are wrong or missing. Service at this location is great!!! I think I am going to make it a point to come during this time in the future as it is obvious that staff during this time is on point and management is great!
