I don’t often spend the time reviewing fast casual or fast food places specifically but let me tell you, the restaurant, its bathrooms, its service, the food, the employees, they’re like a model store. Excellent staff here. Always friendly and attentive. My husband and I make some pretty dramatic custom orders here and they get it right (the first time) every time! Food is always hot and fresh. As far as fast food chains go, this is a great location. Get yourself a beyond famous star and load some waffle fries on it

What a gem! We needed a late night dinner on a road trip up I5 and were slightly shocked and totally delighted at how CLEAN and well ran this Carl’s Jrs was. The bathrooms smelled amazing, the dining room was spotless and the service and food were the best I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in years. Well done!

Food is really good. But, my favorite sandwich was the Santa fe chicken. They decided to get rid of the whole wheat bun and use a sweet hamburger bun. It totally ruins the flavor. I used to frequent Carl’s at least once a week for this sandwich. I now go maybe once a month and get chicken straps. I’m really disappointed in their change.
