The food, atmosphere and staff were phenomenal. The staff was super friendly and made the dining experience superb! I got the kaeng Leung yellow curry, it was a little spicy but quite tasty. The pineapple gave it a hint of sweet which is nice. My wife had the Phat Thai Kung (Pad Thai) and it was unique in the way that the plate was presented. A lot of the ingredients were separated, so if you didn’t want as many carrots you didn’t have to.

This place serves some of the best Thai food that I’ve had. The service is fantastic, and the takeaway food is always hot and ready when it’s supposed to be. The curry and pho are some of the best dishes, and any of the drinks are the perfect, especially the Thai coffee. Reservations are recommended.

A nice place and almost a good service, just be aware when you order Tom Yum soup, it has Thai spicy pepper that makes the soup impossible to eat, and a waiter didn’t ask us how spicy we wanted our dishes. Despite that she offered free Thai tea drinks and rice that supposed to help slow down spice, but it didn’t help. We could taste nothing except that Thai pepper.

Tried this place for the first time tonight. Didn’t realize it was food truck but no issue at all. The wok was out of service but plenty to choose from.

Magnificent. The Khao Soi is unreal. Every dish I’ve ever tried here has been created with care and attention to detail, well seasoned, appropriately cooked. I’ve not been disappointed yet. The Tom Kha is also wonderful unique and inventive.

While the food was pretty good, it was OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced. I got the Tom Yum with rice, 6 egg rolls, and a Thai tea and spent $45. If the prices had been written on the board, I would have rethought my decision. I didn’t even get my rice that was supposed to come with my soup. Would not recommend to anyone unless you’re willing to spend a pretty penny for decent food. Don’t get me wrong, it was tasty, just NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

I Literally texted a friend while eating my vegetarian Pho Phak to tell him that it was, perhaps, the Best pho I had ever had. And that includes some great establishments in Portland area. I would have liked a little more tofu but will ask for that next time. I WILL be back…Often! One note: Google maps put this place at 330 W Main when in actuality at that location, there is a Mediterranean restaurant that was closed. Fortunately, I wandered around the corner and happened to find the truck about half a block from that address so, owner/manager might want to check Google maps navigation.

I have eaten from this food truck a few times now and the food has ranged from great to alright to out right enable. The last meal I ordered from them was Pho and it was overwhelmingly garlicky and covered with pieces of garlic that I had to spoon out. By the time I got home with the Pho (about 10 minutes) the rice noodles had absorbed all the broth and I has left with overcooked rice noodles. I had to through this meal away. Soi 71 has delivered a frustrating experience because their prices are too high for inconsistent food quality. Eat hear if you like to gamble your money away.
