Cashier from New York was very rude to me as well as an elderly patron. She rushed her to order and was very short with her. She demanded she respond quicker to her questions about side item choices. Guy even came to the window and asked “no pickles right?” Gave me a regular burger with pickles & every nasty condiment they have on it. I paid for the Pretzel pub burger meal. But get a nasty regular burger loaded with cold fries and a watered down drink. I was the only person there! So it wasn’t a simple mix-up of bags. Never again, the dogs wouldn’t even eat that trash. I highly recommend you avoid this place.

It may of been short on staff, not sure…inside was closed, drive thru took 25 minutes and I was the 4th car…so you would think everything would be hot, especially the fries, nope…my baconator had 1 slice of bacon, my wife’s jr bacon cheese burger had the same…this is not the first time for ‘drive thru only’ …they need help bad…
