Never coming back to this place again. I asked for less ice and I was given a half full cup of coffee. The employee with short black curly hair was extremely rude and gave me an attitude when I asked why. Also, when I asked for a hot latte, she said she can’t make it right now and made an ice instead. I will be telling everyone not to come to this location. Worst Dunkin I have ever been to.

This will be my last time ordering from Dunkin’ but they probably don’t care but I wanted to leave a review. This is a medium size cup and this a matcha drink with light ice. I usually go to Starbucks but today I didn’t have much time so I have order a delivery to my job. They had mention that it will be a “gap due to measurements” but this is more than a gap. Usually, if I go to Starbucks and ask for no ice, my drink will still be full. Your paying more for less.

I ordered a medium iced coffee today and received the cup half full with only creamer and sugar in it. They have the worst service and will 8/10 times mess up your drink. Just go anywhere else. The Oviedo Dunkin’ sucks less.

In the morning the service is great. Went in late evening and we disappointed in the service. 3 guys were in the back while this poor girl was soloing the entire store. (Semeed new and wasn’t being assisted when asking for help) I do appreciate she was trying her best. As a batista myself I felt the struggle;however, they put dead espresso shots in my latte and closed the espresso machine an hour before the store closed.

I’m usually OK with dunkin but today I went in for a large matcha iced latte and I didn’t realize how much was gone until I took 2 sips. Went back and asked for a large not really caring that the iced was more money, whatever. They gave me a small hot matcha!!!! I got a refund. Make sure you’re firm in stating what you want here. Don’t be a pushover and accept these types of practices. Not to mention it was all milk no tea .

Girl didn’t seem to want to pay attention hurried my order thru tried to give me the wrong drink gave me the wrong donuts then gave me attitude and basically yelled at me for asking her to correct it. Shoved the box at me towards my obviously pregnant belly and stomped off. This location needs to find employees that actually want a job.

Went to the drive through yesterday and the employee immediately sent me to “pull up and wait at the front.” I could understand that I might have to do that if I had a special order or larger order to help keep the lines moving. But they were doing it to everyone. When I pulled around, I can see employees running out everyone’s orders to their parked cars. I had to wait a while just for a coffee and sandwich. The runners appeared lost every time they’d bring an order outside. It’s almost as though they didn’t know what color car had what order. Just seemed very inefficient compared to other Dunkin stores I’ve been to. I love Dunkin but this location seems to rush cars through, probably to help their time and numbers appear fast. Maybe poorly managed? The employees seemed frustrated with having to do it as well.
