My experience here was horrible I waited an hour and some minutes for my food and when it was served it was cold like they just took it out the refrigerator. I thought I was getting hot and fresh food cause it took that long. It was a waste of money and time going here.. never again. Plus they over charged us for our liquor. I don’t understand why they got so many stars and the customer service ain’t even good.

I went to the Boarder Lounge a few times on Friday nights after a busy work week for a few drinks and music. Usually free admission it is a decent and friendly place for private functions and a nice autmosphere to take someone you like or just to hangout with friends. The DJ playes a wide selection of music but mostly reggae. Very nice and professional bartender and the owner welcomes you. Lots of eating space and I noticed how colorful their seafood dishes looks and you get a nice portion too. Sorry I can’t tell you how it tastes because I don’t eat seafood but I see a lot of people buying and how happy their faces are when they are eating. For Quality Music, Tasty Food (I assume) and Drinks check out The Boarder Lounge

Came here for drinks and it was mediocre. I attempted to order a drink off the menu but they were nearly out of all the supplies needed. The Bartender recommended I allow her to create me a drink. She mixed a concoction together that turned out disgusting. It seemed she was offended that no one liked it. She tasted it herself saying it was ok. later saying she doesn’t drink alcohol but another patron came in and ordered the drink she replicated. A little unprofessional the entire ordeal but this is not a 5 star restaurant so you get what you get. I’m not sure how they have 4 starts as there is no good device and place is outdated. Seems the only customers that come inside are their regulars. 55year old and above West Indian crowd.

I’ve been coming here for years. I always get either the fried red snapper meal or the crab leg meals. Comes with sides of festival, pasta, pepper shrimp, corn, fried plantains and bamy. It’s so incredibly feeling and it’s only $23. I believe the crab leg plate is $28. Quality food for great price. They also take zelle payments which I like when I don’t always have cash on hand. The cook Rohan is professional and kind. Highly recommend and I definitely about to head and go pick up my plate now LOL.

Fish Fridays! Round Robins (Sundays) it’s a place to unwind and eat good. The music volume can be on the VERY LOUD side but overall it’s got the good ol’ Jamaican vibes each night. The food though? AMAZING! Give it a go, spend an hour maybe two and keep it pushing.
