Food is awesome. Way awesome. They messed up my meal, no big deal because they fixed it asap. You order, pick up your meal, then sit down and eat. The fountain drink machine was broken, and you have to ask for more napkins. Will return again if I was in the neighborhood.

I am not a new customer I was going there for years since the restaurant is opened but recently I started to get a very bad customer service and also the food taste very bad. I just ordered a big order paid over hundred dollars and once I opened my order the tahini sauce was filled by air and the taste was like fermented . The kefta plate was very bad I will upload the picture with my review to see how the kefta pieces look inside my plate and the taste was very bad doesn’t seem like it is fresh food at all. The shawarma sandwich last time was very bad not pleasant to look at and very bad quality.

Ordered in person and checked up on order 25 minutes later as we ran to the boba shop, a woman rudely said without checking anything “we’ll call when it’s ready”. I said yes but I left I’m making sure my order wasn’t called already. She replied, no we’ll call when it’s ready. Waited another 15 minutes. Upon receiving my order she says “we ran out of pita we only have shrak” (We ordered 2 combos that come with pita). I said ok and she says “that’s going to be extra”. Unbelievable. I declined will not be returning. The food wasn’t worth the wait either.

I arrived here to eat with my family. My mother went to ask the front cashier man to clean the table for us because it was filthy. While my mother was speaking to him in English, the incredibly incompetent employee interrupted her with a smile, stating that he does not understand Spanish. “I am speaking to you in English,” my mother shockedly responded. He then walked shamelessly out from behind the bar to clean the table. He then went to hide in the rear area for the 5 minutes it took us to go over the menu. I would not suggest eating here because the place has an odor (musty/old water).

We had the beef kabob combo plate and it was excellent! The beef was tender and flavorful and the rice was also full of flavor. The rice was the best Mediterranean rice I’ve had. Not sure if they make the pita bread there but I was soft and fluffy. We thought $18 for a large combo was pricey but the flavor was worth t. I’d definitely comeback.

My first time here and my last. I am a little disappointed with this place after reading the good reviews. I’ve been wanting to try this place for sometime now, and I’m not sure what happened, but my 10 minute wait became 20 minutes, then 30 minutes, and so on. Eventually, I had to show them my receipt again and they had to go through their register and reprint my order and resubmit it to the cook. Eitherway, I’m just disappointed things didn’t go smoothly.
