Unfortunately, I ordered a jumbo Jack with no cheese, Add bacon and I received a Burger with 2 very small pieces of bacon and it look like they pulled the cheese off of the Burger because there was still cheese in The Middle of the Patty. Went through drive thru, it was not busy, order was messed up. Placed an order, was accommodated with extra sauce and left. When I got home I realized the order was messed up. I ordered a large combo and 4 tacos and a loaded fries they did not provide the fries with combo just loaded fries. Unfortunately all to common for orders to be missing items.

The food was hot n fresh and customer service was satisfactory. The only downside of this location is its cleanliness. A couple of tables had left over packaging materials left behind by a customer. There were old fries on the floor in the lobby and the kitchen. It all just looked like it had been there a while. No one is focusing on the fine details even when there seems to be time for quick wipe downs and sweeps. The kitchen steel looks really dirty to me. The place needs a deep clean. Its a awesome location that deserves more attention.
