My boyfriend and I had lunch here today. Super simple order. 2 mcdoubles. 1 with no onion. And a medium fry. We got our food. He noticed that his mcdouble had some onions on it , which granted, it was a small amount, but that is not what was ordered. While he was asking for a remake, I noticed that mine was made exactly the same way. Also super sloppy. The girl making the food was extremely rude and tried to argue with us about whether or not they had onions, instead of just apologizing and remaking it. We got our remakes, they were still messed up and she started speaking another language with someone after we walked away, meaning that she was talking about us. Because I know I heard something about onions. Super unprofessional. I would’ve asked for another remake if I felt like they were capable but clearly they are not. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while

Havnt gone to McDonald’s in 6 months because of my last few bad experiences but had a taste for a fish sandwich. First of all it was the worst one I ever had and second it had a good size bone in it. I’ve eaten these for 20+ years and have Never had a bone in my fish! To top it off the service was horrible mainly because the foreigners that work at this location are rude and can’t understand english.

My son wanted a Sprite Lymonade with his meal. The person taking the drive thru order, at first, did not seem to understand, as she repeated, “Sprite?” I again told her Sprite Lymonade, the frozen one. OK. Got it–or so I thought. Waiting for us at the pick-up window was a Lemonade. When I told the person at the window what we had wanted, he replied, “We don’t have the machine here for those drinks.” Say What?!? You have advertising for the frozen drinks, but you don’t have the machine for them?!?!
