A waste of $70 PLUS dollars with a tip. The absolute worst customer service. I called to let them know my order was wrong and I was transferred to the OWNER. When placing the order over the phone the OWNER (who took the order) didn’t even know what a Hawaiian Pizza was. That was 1 out of the 3 ordered. The other two were deep dish meat special. We received round, thin veggie pizzas.

From the reviews it seems like the pizza made here might be a hit or miss depending on who is working, but our order was definitely a hit. We got a round 3 topping with flavored crust. The flavor was amazing, the amount of toppings was very generous, and the crust was delicious. The pizza was cooked to just the right level. Typically I like to spend a little less on pizza than I did here, but it was worth the great taste!

I’ve ordered twice from this location. The first time they gave me a deep dish that was moldy. The crust had blueish black splotches on it where the mold would’ve grown during the proofing process. The second time I ordered a Benito bread with light cheese. The bottom of it was very dark and hard and it came with more cheese than bread. The crusty dark bottom happens when the screens are entirely caked in burnt flour and grease and should be replaced. I have previously worked for the franchise for a decade and it’s my absolute favorite pizza when done with care. This location is the worst of any Benito’s I’ve ever had, which is very sad because it’s closest to where I live.

Every pizza restaurant around this area are very similar. The quality is ok, the customer service is lacking, and they give the worst attitude if an error was made. Benito’s has, in the past, been grouped in with those places. Brittany and Anthony have completely changed that perception for me. Not only does each pizza they make come out nearly perfect, their customer service skills are heads above the rest. They make sure to greet you as you walk in the door; a trait lost by many local pizza places. They make sure to ask how your day is going with a tone that shows they are actually hoping your day has been good. Brittany and Anthony are the reason I continue to spend my money at Benito’s. In my humble opinion, there is no Benito’s without these two individuals. If they were to leave the company, my business would follow.
