There were two guys working. Both of them had quite disheveled appearances. I know that particular location washes shirts and aprons in the store so I don’t understand why the employees were wearing their street clothes and no apron. The floor in the waiting area had cheese all over it, the windows have handprints on them and the line where they make the pizzas was also dirty. They were standing around. I was the only person in there. I ordered a family size Papa’s favorite and I’m sure you can tell by the picture it was made very poorly. I love Papa Murphy’s but it’s really hard to go into this location.

After a long day on the road we just wanted pizza. We had a coupon for $7, large, 1 topping, limit 3. There was a teen boy taking orders. He argued saying it was $7 off of 1 pizza. He said limit 3 didn’t mean anything. We finally just said, fine 1 pizza instead of the 3 we need to feed our family. He stopped the person making the pizza, said it was good enough (hardly any pepperoni). Then I went to pay and the teen said he couldn’t break a $20 bill. WORST SERVICE EVER! I have pics of the pizza, but can’t figure out how to attach them.

I haven’t ordered from Papa Murphy’s in quite awhile. I was very surprised to see the Henesta store looking so run down and the employees while friendly were unprofessional in appearance. One came in from smoking by the front door and didn’t wash his hands. Our pizza was incorrectly made as well. Tasted good! Sad to see such a great place needing some attention from management.

I used to order pizza at the Henesta store once, sometimes twice a week depending on what is going on. But the last few times I ordered from them they put 1/8th to 1/4 at the most, of the pepperoni on a family size pepperoni pizza that they usually do. It pretty much looked like a cheese pizza with 3 or 4, at the most, pepperoni’s on each slice, and some with 1 or 2 pepperonis. As long as I can remember, Papa Murphy’s has covered the pizza, crust to crust, in pepperoni and then put a little cheddar cheese on top of the pepperoni, so thats what I’m used to and prefer. It’s still good, just not near as good as it usually is. So now I’m back to ordering from the Grand store and driving 3 times the distance because they do the normal amount of pepperoni that covers the pizza like Papa Murphy’s usually does. If the Henesta store fixes that, I’ll start ordering there again. Other than that, everything is great.

Ordered delivery from their app tonight. We ordered a XLNY with pepperoni and sausage and a large cowboy. The cowboy is perfect, but we certainly did not get a XLNY, just a regular pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Doesn’t help my father in law that has diabetes and needs the thinner crust.

Went in there today and some people weren’t wearing gloves while making the pizzas, and this other girl had really long hair but it wasn’t pulled back hanging in front of the food. She kept touching it then would touch the food. Big health violation and pretty unsanitary.
