The food was super delicious…but…they got most of our sandwiches wrong, didn’t give us some items, including forgetting ALL our drinks and two sandwiches, and then had to take our receipt to correct it! We were dining in, and only two of the tables had been wiped or sanitized. They were wearing masks, so that was good.

This McDonald’s is always busy, good location, bad thing is when picking up through curbside it takes them awhile to get orders out. They are slow with curbside orders, took more than 10 minutes for my order to “come” to me, had to go inside and pickup. Had my food sitting on the counter, and when I told them I had an online order, told them my name, and told me they we’re sorry, that they were too busy and forgotten about it.

This McDonald’s is one of the worst I have been to. I have the app and buy McDonald’s every few days. I am in Overland Park for St Luke’s hospital for my wife. I was expecting a two for three dollar deal. But the rude lady that took my order spoke down to me like I was begging for asking what deals they had.
