I’d leave 0 stars if I could. Every time I come to this location I have issues. It started with mobile orders. And is now even in person. Nobody understands portions or the meaning of the words extra and light. I shouldn’t and won’t correct the person making my food because they don’t understand what simple words mean. Especially when I’m the only person that was in the line and ordering. I barely got steak on my half and half bowl. An over abundance of sour cream, and no extra cheese like I requested. And my fiancés bowl didn’t receive extra cheese and less than an ideal portion of steak also. Order number was 208. Does this picture look like light sour cream? I didn’t even get to watch the lady portion the sour cream as she had to grab more. And hearing that I said light sour cream, why would you put over the regular amount? I’m gonna have to find a new Chipotle to go to from now on.

Just terrible, there are only a couple of people there who can do their job currently. Management is rude to their employees and treat them with no respect, I could feel the tension walking into the establishment. Absolutely sweetest guy made my food if I remember right his name is Bryce, that man deserves a raise. Great customer service, made my food just the way I asked and just all out a sweet guy, if it weren’t for him I wouldn’t come back!

Place WAS new and nice. Got trashed real quick. Bathrooms are gross and didn’t have toilet paper and sink would not turn off. Food taste the same, but expect less of it. Only item I got a full serving of was red sauce. The Crew working there seemed to be high and had no idea what they were doing.

Chipotle is one of my favorites; the Burrito Bowl is my go-to order. It’s worth paying for double meat. Double up on the peppers and onions, corn salsa, and tomato salsa. Brown rice and choose between a little cheese or a little sour creme to make it a bit healthier. I had one last night and writing this is making me hungry for another!!

The website would not permit any orders to be made, specifically it would not even allow you to add payment information. The rice in my burrito was so under cooked as to be crunchy. Overall poor experience, not the first time for me with Chipotle. I am uncertain that I will ever return to a Chipotle.

I walked in to pick up my order as I waited at the cash register 2 people who can in before me were serviced and asked if they could get started but I was there first, and after they were serviced the worker still continued to walk past me like I wasn’t there I had to get the attention of her. The food given was the wrong order, I don’t eat steak so it wasn’t even like I could just get over it. The name was for a “Riley” which I am not. I wasn’t given my drink so I had to ask for it, they didn’t have the drink that I paid for either I didn’t even address this issue as I was already over it. The tables, drink area and trash were completely dirty. I don’t eat chipotle much because I never have a good experience and this was the last time for sure, no more chances.

High quality fast food. Large selection of fresh made items. Bowls, burritos, ect. The employee’s are friendly and helpful. The portions served are large and there are many fresh vegetables and fresh made proteins to choose from.

I live directly behind this restaurant so it’s convenient for me to go to. In the past the quality of the food has been despicable and unacceptable. I keep going back thinking maybe they are just having a bad day. But this is my fifth visit in the last six weeks and the food never gets any better. It is always cold, dry and visually looking like old left overs. Today was the last straw after, seeing the food which had obviously been setting for hours, I decided to get only queso and chips. The queso was tasteless to say the least. Out in the yard today and even my neighbors on both sides expressed the exact same opinion. So, the word is obviously out and about in regard to the poor quality of the food at this location. I still will enjoy Chipotle just at other locations in the area as the other two nearby locations consistently provide hot, tasty and delicious food.I would never serve food like this location is selling to my customers.
