Customer service horrible ordered 2 combos chicken wing combo that says comes with pork fried rice and egg roll. And boneless spareribs. When I asked why I didn’t get an egg roll with the chicken wing combo she said it does not come with it. I showed her the menu that cleary says it does and she told me she knows what it says but no!!! Like wth that makes no since!

I decided to give this restaurant a try and ordered 4 entrées. I also asked them for 3 hot oils not knowing that they charged me $1.75 each per 1 tiny container. I ordered from so many places and was never charged. I can understand if it was 50 to 75 cents each but $5.25 for three is ridiculous. The string beans were also so chewy with not too much flavor. I should of known not to order from here because the shopping center is completely dead so I’m sure the ingredients are not too fresh.

We ordered a very large order for a lot of us today. We were told about an hour wait for the food, got it in half the time. Every item was perfect to order not a thing was missing. The food was delivered in a large box to keep everything separate. They even threw in 2 two liters of soda for us as a thank you for the large order. Thank you King wok for a great night- Anthony
