Ordered online. A large order.. told it would be ready in 15 minutes.. got the notice that it was ready for pickup. Showed up and a very rude worker said we don’t have that much food and it ain’t going to be ready. They have zero french fries and didn’t offer any solution other than to call the 888 number. We were already out $80 plus. I tried to find the number she was very difficult to find. Immediately went back in and spoke to the manager who then said oh yes we can fill that order but we had to wait because they had to make more chicken this after they told us it was ready to go. Never got a hold of the 888 number and waited another 20 minutes to get an order with multiple substitutions… Never again

I can’t comment on the quality of the food because I never received it. However, the service was terrible. Before paying at the drive through, I asked the service attendant to confirm the order. He became irritated and said there were people in line behind me and do you want your food or not? I declined the order. Terrible service. Rude and discourteous. Go someplace else.

Went there yesterday for an 8 pice meal around 4:15pm. I asked for it to be spicy and fried. I was told to get out of line and wait beside the car in line. What? Now I’m blocking traffic. Made no sense. I finally got my order after 15 minutes. When I got home, I had no biscuits, and it was not spicy. I wasted my $30.

Their food is not worth the wait for 20 minutes for an online order I placed a half an hour prior to pick up time. The people in the restaurant were rude to my daughter who was picking up my order when I decided to cancel it. I will never visit another KFC again. I have been on hold for 35 minutes to cancel the order and still have not talked to a representative.

I love their famous bowls, but they have gotten a lot skimpier with the chicken and gravy in them. Also, the corn tastes like it was dumped right out of a can. A big disappointment from what they used to be.

Ordered 8 pc dark chicken meal and 8 pc chicken tender meal. All the chicken was hard and greasy because it was recooked or just dipped in old grease. Mashed potatoes was running. Only good thing was the soft biscuits. Terrible food and they are always out of dark meat way too early.

DISGUSTING SERVICE, TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE ATTITUDES, SKETCHY BUSINESS!! Currently waiting 30+ minutes on two meals. The staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional and rude. I already paid or else I would have left. Tons of cars are waiting ahead of me and they never mentioned how long it would take for two simple orders. This place should be shut down immediately. So disappointing. Will not be coming back. If I could give this place a negative rating I would, however, the lowest I can go is 1 star.
