Excellent food, friendly staff, and reasonably priced. Check out their daily specials and new items on the chalkboard. My Mom wanted the fried chicken livers, so we went on a Friday. My daughter loved the mini corn dogs. I had the sweet and hot grilled chicken sandwich special, and it was delicious (new!). You’ll need extra napkins or a wet wipe! The bun was soft and sweet. A perfect combo of sweet and spice.

My husband ate here on his work trip today. Plus his coworker. They loved the food. They got roast with mashed potatoes and pintos with cornbread and also country fried steak with okra and corn nuggets. Very down home feel with good southern cooking he stated.

The turkey melt sandwich is amazing, Mashed potatoes were great too! I’ve tried a few things on the menu and loved them all. Great place to eat in this small town. Ordering to go is easy too. The only thing I haven’t liked about this place is the rolls and cornbread, neither taste to good and seem kind of out of place. Everything else has been great!

This was the first time eating here. It was for lunch and tables were available. The food was amazing and filling. I had the chicken hoagie and she had the BLT. The fries were much larger and had great flavor. The cost was very reasonable.

Food was really good and staff friendly. Didn’t have to wait long on food. Will definitely go back. Pictured below is pulled bbq sandwich with baked beans and potato salad, country fried steak with brown gravy(instead of white), mashed potatoes and fried okra and a bowl of pinto beans.

Their food was so good and portion size was great. It is cozy and all the staff was friendly stayed on top of our needs for drinks and always checking to make sure we didn’t need anything. Great place to dine

The fried pickles were delicious. The service was excellent. The rest of the food…. Not so much. Mushrooms for the steak we’re not cooked. Burger was not the best. Steak not very seasoned. But those fried pickles and the amazing server (even tho she was new) got this place the two stars.
