Very pleased with the service from the staff members. The manager came out to greet us and assure all needs were fulfilled. Restaurant was very clean. Food came out fast and hot. Our Children had awesome time on the games and kiddie rides. Team members went above and beyond. I’d definitely recommend it to friends & family.

What a great place for the kids. We always have a great time at this particular place. The staff is amazing and accommodating as well. The only thing I wish was changed was the delay in your card being read. It seems to prevent you from really enjoying the games as you wait for a single token to dispense every 8 seconds. If you are hesitant to have a party here, don’t!

we recently went for the sensory Sunday and it is a great thing that they offer this feature for children. At times the noise and movement of alot of people can be too much for some children and this is a great option for children on the spectrum. All the televisions were off and no music or sound from the main speakers throughout the place. check the website out for the dates for the sensory Sunday if you have little ones that find the noise and crow overwhelming

Just attended a birthday party not too long ago and the party host was awesome.. I believe her name was Delilah if I remember correctly. If you want great service and ur kids bday to me a great experience ask for her to assist ur bday party. I know we sure will next year for our little ones bday party!! Loved everything about this place!!

This place was atrociously disrespectful towards me and my friends even my own autistic brother who is 27 and we took him here for his birthday, the place stunk very bad and many older guys were trying to talk to my little sister jazmine, the worker stuck his tongue out at us and blew a raspberry at me and my friends. he then refused to give us food we were trying to buy, he continued to say mean things towards us and told us to get out, i felt very bullied infact all of us did. my brothers birthday is now ruined thanks to the blonde worker who also very much needs a better haircut and probably was the one stinking it up. next time i see this worker he will pay for his doing (his haircut too) never come to this place for your own sake and mental health.

Great experience for us this Thursday afternoon. I called first and spoke to Doris who was a sweetheart answering my questions, then an hour later I showed up with my 4 yrs old girls and they had a blast. For safety purposes, they asked me to take a selfie with my children before entering the play area which they checked for it when we left to make sure all kids are accounted for. Also, they check your temperature and offer you hand sanitizer before moving forward. The place is clean, everyone wears a mask unless they’re sitting to eat, everything functioned well and tickets are digital now loaded automatically on the credits card you play with. They have a 50 people max capacity at all times but there were no more than 10 today so my girls enjoyed everything without waiting. The general manager lady (my apologies for not remembering her name) was very patient with my little ones picking their prizes at the end. We didn’t eat anything this time but I know we will return soon and will make it a total adventure. Excellent first impression at this location. 2 hours passed in a blink.
