This was my first and last time visiting this location with my mom on Mother’s Day. Truly, it was the worst Pho we have ever eaten in Connecticut. I wanted to surprise her with a new place, but the reviews are deceiving, as the quality and freshness of the food was awful. Before even leaving the restaurant, we began feeling nauseous after eating. Afterwards, it just went downhill and became the worst Mother’s Day and experience for us. We took home the leftover Pho that I thankfully didn’t eat at the restaurant. Unfortunately not even 24 hours later, the food is completely spoiled after being refrigerated shortly after. I am disappointed as we visited with high hopes because of the ratings. Please be aware if you are bringing children or sensitive stomach individuals to this restaurant as food is not as fresh as promised. If you want to have a successful night, I encourage you to visit someplace else as nothing worse than being sick. Completely disappointed and disgusted after visiting this location, however; one must learn from experiences to not be a repeated customer. EW!! 0 Stars!!

Amazing! This is by far the best food in the area. I tried their Pho last time and it was delectable. I had no idea about the grilled beef plate. Meat is tender, flavorful. The rice is cooked perfectly. The carrots tasted wonderful and had a slight satisfying vinegary taste and crunch. They need an award!!!!

A chilly night brought us in for warming Pho, mine with shrimp and veggies. Fresh as can be, clean tasting, and wonderful owners who chatted with us periodically. Sesame Balls were a special treat at the end, slightly sweet, lightly fried, nutty deliciousness. So good.

As other reviews have mentioned, the inside of Pho & Grill is exceptionally clean. Definitely the first thing you notice. Had the Traditional Vietnamese Sandwich with extra meat. It’s a medium sized baguette sandwich and everything was freshly made/prepared and tasted really good. Sandwich has a nice combination of cilantro, carrots, cucumber, jalapeños with ham and pork. The one downside is the “extra meat” really wasn’t much at all. I would hate to see the amount of meat in the regular version??

We had been looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant for a bit. We can’t tell you how much we love this place. The food is consistently excellent and has become a go-to. Even the care they take in packing up our to-go order leaves the order prepared well when put together at home. Great owners too, nice people, and friendly.

Delicious and tasteful food. Prompt and professional service. A clean and inviting atmosphere. What more can you really ask for? To start, the shrimp spring rolls were delightfully fresh and the peanut sauce that came with them was great. We then had the chicken pho which was so incredibly delicious that I finished the entire thing. The staff are also super friendly and helpful (shout out to John). Pho & Grill is an AWESOME restaurant and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend you give it a try!
