Food is always cold no matter how you order it, service is always super slow, can’t use the app because they can never figure out how to put in the numbers to make it work. I’m done with this Burger King will never go there again. I will drive to the other side of Cape Coral as they seem to have it together much better than this one does.

We waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no vehicles moved forward to place our order, so we backed out and I went into the restaurant hoping to get my order faster. I was so wrong. There was one young girl working behind the counter. She looked like she was new and didn’t know what she was doing, going super slow, reading and moving slips of paper. After waiting to be recognized, the manager finally came out from the office to take my order. I mentioned to him that they have an issue at the drive thru and that we had to back out of it to come in, he didn’t say anything, just told me my total and gave me my change. There was an older woman working the drive thru, she kept yelling out the food that they were waiting for at the window and going to the girl looking for her oders. I just couldn’t believe what I was witnessing. My husband waiting in the car for me, I can only imagine his anger as I waited. Only 1 person cooking in the back. It was 1:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. All said and done, we were there 45 minutes before we received our food. Whoppers were cold. Never going back there again.

Usually very pleased with this location, but they definitely haven’t changed out their oil lately or something. The onion rings are like rocks and are practically inedible. Chicken sandwich was great but definitely 1/2 a meal.

Terrible Burger King, waited at the window for 15 minutes after I place my order and nobody showed up. Car in front of me was waiting too. The whole crew was standing out behind the Burger King smoking. A cigarette. Definitely will not return to this location

My experience wasn’t as pleasant as I hoped it be I chose BK over McDonald’s only to have my lunch ruined because they had no ice whatsoever, I do t know how you cannot have ice for your customers… the manager insisted that its ok because the machine dispenser provided cold refreshments… he was wrong

I ordered online expecting my food to be ready when I picked it up. This was the second time it happened that they did not have it ready and I had to wait as I would if I just ordered and paid cash at the time of ordering. This morning I went in to tell them that they need to have my order ready if I order online ahead of time. the checkout girl was very rude and I asked for the manager. I explain to the manager that if we order online, it should be a benefit to us. ie the food to be ready at pick up. She explained that that’s not how they work. The checker brought my food and slammed the bag on the counter. I told her that was rude, and I would be reporting it. She replied, “I don’t care. “And then I told the manager I will be reporting that as well.

Cold food and I ordered a whopper with cheese with extra cheese aswell and the women nev er put on the extra extra cheese on my order, she said they would send it back and have to redo it. Who’s fault is that!!! Is it that hard to work at Burger King seriously!!!

This location was pretty good when it first opened…not anymore. Food is cold, not made to order, sometimes barely on the paper. Staff is less than curtious and seem to want to be elsewhere, especially management. And be prepared to wait, even when they aren’t busy.

We walked in and everything was fine, we took our orders which it took a while for them to take it in the first place. We get our cups and walk over to the drink dispenser. It is moldy and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since they got it. We continued. We looked for a seat and every single one of the tables had crumbs on them. We had to sit at the bar because it was the only clean one. The burger had so much mustard in it, it was mustard with a side of burger. Both of them were like that. Floors aren’t very clean. The chking tasted fine, though.
