Just not my type of clam chowder soup sourdough bread. The sour dough bread is good (no wonder the video of the chef smelling it), but the clam chowder – better just import Pike Place Clam Chowder. The soup was too creamy didn’t taste like clam at all.

Wow, terrible location. Avoid at all cost. Got here at 6 p.m. … many hours before closing. They are out of everything … wait, there are hundreds (literally) of baguettes and breads and bowls behind the counter, but apparently you can’t buy them because they are only for sandwiches and chowders. I mean really? I get it when they are out of everything right before closing, but in the middle of the day? And refusing to sell things they clearly have? Horrendous. Looking at the ratings for this location compared to others … I think mgt needs to make some changes … until then … AVOID!

I ordered at the Boudin at SFO International Terminal A at around 10:30 pm on Aug 29, 2023. The lady at the checkout counter yelled at me for no reason. I first asked to order a burger, she said no burger. I asked what do you have? She mumbled ‘rest’. I didn’t hear clearly what she said so I repeated ‘rest?’ Then she started yelling at me ‘i said NO burger! ALL REST available!!!’ and she started pointing. Obviously she thinks that I don’t speak Enligsh well because I am an Asian female. Amusingly, she is also an Asian female. I was so shocked by her attitude. What a bad experience prior to my international flight.

The shop assistant was bad attitude as my payment failed by credit card. I tried 2nd time, it worked but she still complained. Can’t accept the rude manners. Hope they can improve in the coming days.

Food was fine. The service was slower than anything I’ve ever experienced, even for San Francisco. Absolutely terrible. Made us miss our flight. Will they pay us hundreds of dollars now for this?

I should have looked on the reviews first. Got the hamburger, looks nothing like in the picture. The patty looks like some processed food, instead of an avocado you get some smashed thing. Will never eat here again.

Insanely bad service. Woman behind the counter, refused to give me my food. After minutes of arguing, she finally gave me a little loaf of bread I paid for. I don’t know what the point of this was, but it’s an incredibly obnoxious business.
