I loved the combination, the taste, the food created based on different cultures. Need to come and try the really delicious kimchi burger. I ordered korean BBQ which I loved too but I tried the hamburger that my brother bought and it was delicious

Went to the grand opening, I wished I got there in time for the lion dance but I loved the decorations inside! The staff was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the fried cod with fries and steamed broccoli with the ginger sauce and wow, it did not disappoint! The broccoli was really good and firm and the cod was breaded very generously and it was so tasty, especially with the sauce. Can’t wait to order more of their food! 10/10!

I had a great experience over lunch at this place. I see someone complains that it has nothing to do with Kowloon, Hong Kong. Although, I would disagree in the sense that the wall art is indeed from Kowloon, a place I had the opportunity to visit in the past. The website is very clear when it reads “Asian-inspired flavors” vs. straight Chinese meals. They offer 12 combos of 1 protein + 2 sides for $13.00, yummy Asian-inspired sauces/aiolis/oils and flavors. The food is super fresh, cooked real-time (in front of you). Something really rare to find in express food venues with the convenience of a drive-thru open until midnight. You can order online for pick-up or delivery. They have a bar code system which makes it easy and fast to place orders as you walk in/drive by. They have shrimp skewers, a kimchi burger, korean ribs, tuna burger/wasabi aioli, grilled chicken, fries/salad/rice/steamed broccoli for sides, milkshakes, soft drinks, beer/sake/wine and other options. There is one veggie meal as well.. I loved the food, the homemade sauces, super friendly service and Kowloon-decor.. it’s very unique and great for family outings. They have music playing, an outdoor patio with colorful tables/flowers, super clean indoor booth dining and new bathroom (they have keylock so ask for code or might be printed on ticket). Ample onsite parking too. I don’t tend to write long reviews but I know how non-franchise businesses struggle to survive after the pandemic, especially in small towns like Alameda, and I do not appreciate reviewers who, instead of leaving helpful reviews to offer recommendations to improve, try to harm a business and the families who work there. Hopefully, they will add express breakfast to their menu some day. Looks like this restaurant is fairly new on Webster St and Pacific Ave so I will continue to support it and highly recommend!

This is going to be one of our new go-to places. Got the seared tuna with steamed rice and broccoli. Everything was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Folks there were nice and welcoming. The portions are huge. We’ll definitely be going back!

So, I heard about this new restaurant in town from a friend, which was serving healthy asian inspired food, and has a drive through window. I was like, sign me up for that, please. The food came out fast, but don’t expect it to taste like your typical fast food chain restaurant. The meals are more of an elevated home cooked meal. Alameda has a lot restaurants to choose from, but this is the only healthy drive through option and it’s so refreshing, as a parent with three kids, to be able to get healthy food on the go! What a great concept! We ordered the beef short ribs, the teriyaki salmon, the ahi tuna, and the beef skewers; all with broccoli and salad, with one rice. I didn’t try the beef short ribs, but my wife told me they were really good. My favorite was the beef skewers. They were nicely marinated and charred, plus they were tender. The chimichurri sauce rounded out the beef nicely. My kiddos really liked their grilled fish meals. The fish was really fresh, and they ate everything! I was impressed with how the broccoli and rice weren’t overcooked. The broccoli still had a nice bite to it, and it wasn’t over seasoned. The rice was perfectly cooked. I was told that the sauces are all handmade, and the French fries are hand cut each day. The sauces were the bomb, and I really liked how they were served on the side so that I could decide how much to use for myself. Most places drown the dishes in sauce, and we usually have to ask for them on the side. Sadly, we didn’t try the fries because we were trying to be healthy, but we’ll give them a try some other time. The portions were very generous as well. I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

Staff was very nice. The place is also really clean. Food was good and fresh. I tried the pork belly and grilled cod. It was nice having a meal with real meat and vegetables that’s freshly cooked.

This place food and drinks has nothing to do with Hong Kong Kowloon!!! Don’t waste your money and time here! I’m giving my honest opinion the name of this restaurant is very misleading. If I don’t tell the truth, no one will know what your restaurant is serving. May your mother rest in peace.

Got the skewer beef, salad and rice. Simple food done well, and minimal use of single use plastics.
