We just went through the drive thru (Taco Bell 5323 Monroe St) and found our food was completely mishandled. Mexican pizza dumped into bag, cinnamon twists everywhere, quesadilla curled into a ball. I have never seen a Taco Bell do this. We did not eat it and I would not recommend this location to anyone who wants to eat their food. We tried to call and big surprise their phone is off the hook.

Taco Bell on central is the worst. Ordered 3 items. Absolutely none were right….. how is this place still in business????? This is the 3rd time. Very unfriendly not clean menu board was not on was forced to order from the kiosk and took it 15 minutes to get my order. The problem is they concentrate. I’ll drive through too much and ignore different counter of quarters were made as they came in every customer would be satisfied for the size of staff to definitely could’ve been better:-) makes a big difference. All employees should be smiling and personable, and I should not have to raise my voice when I need to ask for napkins as a employee walked right by me. .

ordered chicken chopotle melts got about 2 oz of sauce per, and nuked until the cheese turned to oil and grease. This location was closed for months and this is what you get after that. Just shut it back down as the people here are @ssholes

I placed an order on the kiosk at 12:10pm. Stood here and watch 3 people that ordered after me get their meal. 12:45pm I ask where my food is. 12:46pm I’m told my order is not in the system. 1:05pm finally received my food.

Normally I love this taco bell but this is the first time I have been back since they remodeled it and it was the SLOWEST thing ever. It took about 10 minutes to even order and another 10 to get my food. It looked like no one cared when I pulled up to pay. Would recommend driving a little father to another one.
