The food was fabulous and so was the service. Greeted by the owner and he was so nice and attentive. We (three ladies from out of town) were starving for good Mexican food and we found it! Salsa’s were very good… we had to order a Torta for an appetizer and it was so delish! Would absolutely recommend it! I’m from California so I know good Mexican food!!!

Family owned, delicious food, you must try the tacos de chicharrón if you want to have some legit main taco ingredients. I didn’t try the tortas. It had been a while a salsa made my eyes water. The red sauce did it and i liked it. Good think my corona was ice cold!

Their tacos are delicious and their margaritas are strong. Service is great too! I stopped here after my car died and I was waiting for a tow. The guy closing let me stay after hours instead of kicking me out in the cold. Really made a bad night a little better (the tequila helped too)!

Always a great day when I can get one of these tortas. I usually get the Eva Mendez and an order of esquites, and it hasn’t let me down yet.

I ordered the Spain torta that literally said “pulled pork” on the menu but instead I got a ham sandwich. We ordered chips and queso, they brought the chips at the same time as the meal even though they brought them early for everyone else. They brought chips and salsa and forgot the queso. The chips were stale and uber greasy. If I want Mexican food I don’t want a ham sandwich, I can buy some aldi’s ham and make a prison baloney at home. I will not be returning to this establishment. Epic disappointment and too bad because it’s close to where I live.

Great spot in fountain square specializing in Tortas, which are Mexican sandwiches. Each dish is named after either a celebrity or country. I had the Megan Fox torta which has chicken, chorizo, and mozzarella cheese served toasted. It’s delicious with the avocado and big enough to leave you feeling full. We also ordered the guacamole and chips for an appetizer, an excellent choice. I lived in San Diego for a while and had authentic Mexican food often; this place is legit.
