I want to update review because Marcus , the manager in charge, helped me rectify the situation. I feel like it was a learning experience for the employee who handled my initial order. Nobody likes to feel ripped off and I truly believe the person in charge of this Burger King wanted to right the situation. He cared that my experience wasn’t up to par. Yes, we use fast food to get fed fast. Yes, we expect to be charged for that convenience but ultimately an establishment like this is dependent on customers feeling like the experience as a whole was proper. There are numerous places a person can go to get food fast and every customer should (potentially)be a repeat customer. I will gladly return here when in the area and forget the sour experience I had in the past. Thank you. Shout out to Marcus on Notre Dame and Anthony on 2nd Ave. ( another Burger King manager} I hope your bosses read this and know you both acted in a respectable manner, representing the company in a positive way.

I don’t know how this location stays in business. There were 5 to 6 employees. I was only customer and it took 20 minutes for my order. People came in and ordered and the line waiting for longer and longer and some people just left.

I want to be clear that this location is on Notre Dame and Skyway and I am not referring to any other BK in Chico California or elsewhere. Tonight, we were given the wrong total for our buy one get one free Original Chicken Sandwiches. The amount was noticably higher than expected and I respoke the order when at the window, to be sure we were just getting 2 not 4 sandwiches. The man working was using all the manners ever taught to a human being until he said this, I just started working here and I don’t make the prices. In shock, I supposed we allowed this person to over charge us and insult me in a very nice voice, with all the necessary manners, except that he insisted this Original Sandwich is $ 9.a piece. He never once double checked for me and being new he has a lot to learn about customers and the bottom line, New guy; you can’t rip someone off.an.expect it to be tolerated because you don’t make the prices (quote!!) and you tell me to have a nice day.

30 to 40 minute wait. Only take and give out food for one person at a time in the drive thru. You have to wait at the speaker until the person front has gotten their food and left before they will even take your order.

I’ve read bad reviews of this place, but I’ve been here twice in the last month. The first time, they hadn’t received their order, and the mobile irder had to be manually pushed through. I understood, and altered the mobile order I was picking up no problem. The poor guy working the drive thru had already been yelled at, I’m sure, but since I treat fast food workers like the saviors they are, and my food always tastes great! Second time was just now, everything on the order correct, and great servers! The lady in the beige suv says thanks, guys!!
