Waited almost an hour and this is what was delivered to me! Called and was asked to send a pic of the pizza to the manager. All she could do was offer to send me another one. Wasn’t interested in waiting another 45 min-1 hour for a replacement and asked for a refund. She stated that she did not have the authority to do that and needed to reach out to her general manager which she did. General manager responded back to her to give me a refund. The whole experience put a damper on my night for sure. Customer service left much to be desired. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow morning.

We made our order at 2:45pm and the order came at 4:07pm….1hr 15min later…after calling to see what was happening with our order….the guy at the store shared they were short staff and couldn’t even tell me an estimate on when we would have our order delivered even though it was done and ready to go. The pizza wasn’t cut properly and we almost didn’t get out soda if we didn’t say it was missing when the lady delivered our pizza. She was nice! Wanted to note that. I get that things happen but Waiting this long is ridiculous. 🙁 especially if you’re paying for delivery. We also ordered the pizza to be done regularly but it was definitely cooked well done because the crust was very very crispy.

Walk in and no one acknowledge me.. stood there for five minutes four guys are at the counter one look like he was the manager, but I’m not sure? I’m looking at them they looking at me , at this a line if forming behind me . I finally ask if the see me standing here? Can I have my pizza , then one of look like I was bothering him ask me for my name . I took my pizza and left. Got it home I paid for extra sausage got less the what I should have on the pizza.. I won’t be ordering papa John’s no more.. thanks for hammer the last nail in the ⚰️ ⚰️

Our pizza took about an hour and fifteen minutes to get delivered. We called the store and the manager said he was down to one driver so we were patient. I could tell that they had to throw the pizza back in the oven to heat it up because we had to recut the slices and it was a bit toasted. The pizza was okay but exactly that… just okay. The driver forgot to give us our two liter and I had to ask for it before they drove off. I’ll give this location another chance in the future but my first impression is not good.
