I picked Culver’s above all the new hamburger joints in Avon because i thought they would deliver on quality of food. They did not I am sooooooo disappointed as u can see by pic below. Bottom bun fell apart cheese and meat was colder than the veggies I will never return!!!

The food was great, the service was great, the atmosphere was even great, but in one dining room all but 2 tables were dirty. There was a Culver employee taking a break in that dining room. She didn’t seem to notice anything wrong. After 15 minutes or so, she got up and went back to “work”.

Ok so I’ll be honest the food is good i won’t take that away. But i seen the fish sandwich on TV on the menu….yea looks great. I get it and had to open the bun to even see the fish. So so miss leading. They show this sandwich all big and the fish barley fitting on the bun. It’s just the opposite. Not even close to what Culvers is advertising. I definitely wouldn’t buy this again or recommend it to anyone unless it’s priced different.

I used to live their FOD , so much so that my faves were marked on my calendar and I planned my diet and exercise around them. But the last few times I went to get the FOD and was so disappointed. Instead of it being the chocolate custard with the ingredients mixed in, like it used to be, it was a dish of chocolate custard with the toppings thrown on top, like Reese cups for the really Reese’s or pecans and chocolate chips for the chocolate pecan. I guess taking the time to actually mix in the ingredients is not cost effective.

I understand mistakes happen, but this Culver’s has overcharged me and rung up different food than what I’ve ordered 2 times now. It’s a problem especially if somebody is trying to watch their caloric intake. The team members need to be paying better attention to what they’re doing. I’m going to begin thinking twice before coming back.
