Decent food, the cheeses sticks are my favorite because they have no pizza sauce plus they’re only 7 bucks. My wife enjoys their salad. Chicken was little soggy… Rude staff…overall would buy from here again.

I was here once before and the service was good. I was here yesterday and the service was slow. I was calling early to order because the service is slow. Today I called and asked for green peppers chopped on my steak hoagie. The person on the phone told me that they can’t do that because that’s the way the green peppers come. This is laziness. I personally worked at Vocelli Pizza before. You can chop the green peppers!!! I work in this area often, and I will not be ordering at this location again!

I have ordered several time from this restaurant the food is delicious and put together neatly. As I said the food is great but the customer service and people I have met haven’t always been the best. However, I ordered on Monday of this past week over the phone and I was met with a kind voice of a girl who was ready and willing to answer all of my questions politely. When I came in to pick up, there where two girls work at the time both greeted me as I came in and it so so pleasant. Just wanted to give them a shout out for the excellent customer service it really makes me want to come back again. The food was so delicious and absolutely made my evening. It would be amazing to have this experience ever time I order!

I am officially done with this business. 3rd times the charm. How on earth did you mess up a stromboli by stuffing it full of spinach!! The order had nothing to do with spinach. I ordered a stromboli with HAM, MEATBALL, CAPICOLA, opinions, and green peppers. What did you do.. you gave me a moist order of bread and infused it spinach that was slimy! Done never coming back this is the 3rd time. Thanks for the refund though. Never coming back.

We usually order from Vocellis quite a lot, but this evening, we ordered AMAZING food. Not that it isn’t fantastic any other time. But whoever the cook was tonight, was absolutely phenomenal! When I put well done on my salad, my pepperoni was finally cooked, just how I wanted it every other time, but tonight it was finally cooked and I can’t explain how happy that made me and made my food 100% better. (It’s amazing even when it wasn’t cooked, just this time it was exactly what I wanted). My wings were that little extra cooked, just how I like it. (Not that they weren’t delicious before hand). I’m just so overly happy that everything was cooked, exactly how I always wanted it to be. So whoever the cook is tonight, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Truly made my night.

I ordered online. I went in for pickup and the counter lady was pretty rude. She was an older lady and may have had hearing issues. I kept repeating my name and she kept calling me a different customer’s name. I had paid online and she kept trying to tell me I owed money. She finally got another younger co-worker who seemed exasperated that this original lady couldn’t figure it out. This place seems super unorganized. The Stromboli’s I ordered weren’t all that great either. 2/10 won’t order from here again

Delivery was on time if not early as usual. Employees were cool over the phone. Breadsticks though, as usual, were noticeably undercooked. Paid $0.75 for a cup of ranch and didn’t receive it with my delivery. Overall, cheap and convenient food… but I’d like to receive the extras that I pay for and receive cooked breadsticks.

The food they serve here is wonderful!!!! Always made with fresh ingredients and delicious toppings. Their menu items are great for dinner or an anytime snack! The staff here really cares about their product and makes me feel so welcome every time I step in! Definitely the best pizza in town
