We have been there only twice in a short period of time and the food is good in all but the lady cashier has a terrible customer service she doesn’t know English what’s so ever when we order our food she has trouble understanding and it’s irritating not nice the owner needs to hire someone with good customer service and English speaking I honestly don’t like that so I don’t know if we well go back soon or not even go anymore!!!!! If the owner of this restaurant read this anytime soon please check that because it is important you will loose customers.

Cashier was rude with little patience. We were new to this place. Threw the receipt to my husband. It was upsetting to say the least. I have worked may years in the service industry and can tell you personally this is not the way to treat customer. Food was great but will not be returning.

Visiting LA from out of state and found this gem. The inside of the store is pretty modest but dont let that fool you. We ordered the dinner hibachi filet mignon and salmon (two different entrees each, but you can also do combos). We got it to go and headed for the hotel.

Living in HP and seeing this new place I was anxious to try this place. My daughter, the wife and I walked in and after 15 seconds in a rude way were asked “are you ready to order”? I replied “no, this is our first time here and we are looking at the menu”. Instead of saying like welcome or let me know when you’re ready she was not friendly. I told my wife I was getting bad vibes and we left. There are other very good Asian restaurants in HP. This is HP and mostly Latinos. Knowing a little about the Latino culture would definately benefit them.
