We have ordered from here before with no problem through Uber eats, but then the menu changed and they only let you pick if you want a gyro over rice or fries instead of the usual wrap, even though the description still says it’s in the peta wrap. We picked fries and they still sent both over rice. The chicken was insanely dry and tough and the rice was undercooked so it was crunchy. It’s a shame because we used to love getting gyros from here.

If you want a gyro, here it is. Meat that’s been split roasted, shaved off to order, with freshly prepared veggies, loaded with fries, on a perfect pita. Their house made “fat sauce” is very good, but they also have a traditional (and delicious) tzatziki.

This is my first time eating here. I enjoyed a lamb and beef gyro with hand-cut french fries. The cost was $13.91. The meat was freshly cut and not the frozen type you usually get for a gyro. They cooked all the meat on those high skewers. They had dinners but they were a little bit more expensive. I would definitely go back! They’re very easy to find right on Washington Street, downtown Haverhill and adjacent to the bus station. Check them out if you’re in that area, definitely worth giving them a try!

Very disappointed with the length of time it took to deliver my order. I was told 40 minutes yet the food arrived 90 minutes after being ordered. Not cool. The food itself was tasteless and bland. The skinny Greek sandwich was supposed to have lettuce, tomato and onion. There were 2 tiny pieces of tomato and 1 very tiny piece of onion. The lettuce was wilted, making the sandwich virtually inedible. The chicken was very dry, also indelible. Really bad experience, poor product and won’t ever order from The Fat Greek again.
