The service is great and very friendly my wife is in a wheelchair and they got the door for us. I had some card issues and they were very kind in helping me resolve them. The food is amazing if you haven’t had the Cholula hot and sweet chicken I would strongly recommend it. I would have given five stars for the atmosphere but there are some dirty spots on the counters and on the floor but other than that very clean and good service and food. Keep it up guys and gals

Normally the food is decent, but lately the flavors of some ingredients haven’t been the same. Decided to give it a try again today and the person making my burrito used the tortilla to squish everything around and mix it. She squished so much that the tortilla broke. She put it in a new one, but it was still not like anything I’ve gotten there before.

Please & I mean please…change your hours of operation. Stop saying online that you close at 10p, when the store is constantly closed down to customers by 9p, if not earlier sometimes. Just put the words, “when we feel like it” in place of 10p regarding the timeframe this location closes. Honestly doesn’t matter, once 7p hits options are very limited can basically get chicken & sauce only. They refuse to have anything else prepared & ready to order regardless of what the menu says.

There’s young women with cornrows that works here, who is very unprofessional and plays favoritism with customers… she’s very nice certain people and rude and blunt towards others. This is the second time experience this with her although im respectful and kind. First time she ask me if i was waiting on something cause she was front counter counting money and said I was watching her count and i said i waiting on my food and she laugh it off… Very upset with this behavior and unprofessionalism.

This one’s going downhill fast. Start ordering a bowl and after all is mostly done they inform me they are out of cheese. Fine, I’ll pay $11 for something I won’t fully enjoy, get it to go. ….then, no forks or napkins.

The food was good, but that’s not the reason for the 5 star review. A homeless man had come in to get out of the cold and one of the employee’s, I believe her name was Cherokee, was so kind to him, and made sure he had food not only for today, but tomorrow as well since they would be closed for Christmas. This warmed my heart. Such great service and what a loving heart!
