10/10 my first time ever trying a PDQ and I’m glad I did. Cashier told me his favorites and let me get 2 of each sauce they offered.

Great food and awesome service. Last time I tried PDQ it was before the pandemic , years before. They have kept their products and services top notch. The spicy chicken sandwich with honey BBQ sauce was my favorite, loved their fries. From what I see they have kept their pricing incredibly competitive compared to other franchises of their league which is impressive. Keep up the good work.

Margaret is always a pleasure at the window. Food and tea is excellent. Tried a milkshake today and was very impressed. Their sauces are varied and there’s always one for someone.

The food was fine, but they were not good about taking our order. Three out of our four meals were wrong, and it was too late for us to go back and correct it by the time we realized on the interstate. The drive thru is more focused on getting people in and out rather than ensuring the accuracy of an order. The packing of the food is super sloppy as well. The food was thrown in and spilled all over.

Ariana was super sweet, I don’t think she was assigned to run the register but offered to assist me. Each time I come to PDQ it’s such an amazing and welcoming experience. They really know how to hire good and kind people.

I like PDQ, I am regular customer but I can’t help but notice that their chicken is almost never cooked all the way (Specifically their honey butter chicken sandwich). I can’t even count the number of times I have had to throw away a portion of the chicken because it tastes raw in my mouth. I’m not an expert but it’s almost as if they set the temperature/cooking time to suite flat slices of chicken, and once the chicken is a little bigger than that, the middle portion comes out raw.

What a pleasurable eating establishment. I remember eating at a PDQ about 5 years ago and thinking how advanced they were. Back then (years before Covid) they promoted hand washing in the main eating area which is awesome. Food is fresh, delicious and well priced. Establishment was clean and organized. I only wish there was one closer to my home! Better get here!!

Went to the PDQ on East Fowler last night to get two chicken sandwiches. I ordered the spicy and I ordered the Honey Butter for the wife. Firstly the drive thru layout is absolutely horrendous. I drive a pickup and you can not make it in a single pass. As to the sandwiches, the wife’s Honey Butter was so so at best. The spicy was dry and way overcooked. Overall very disappointed….just saying.

Decided to try PDQ for lunch today. The menu board showed these healthy size chicken nuggets so I decided to order a 12 piece. False advertising. The nuggets were tiny. Paid over $12 for a combo and it didn’t even fill me up. The flavor of the food was excellent and pdq sauce tastes great but if a place can’t fill you up for $12 then it’s a ripoff. Tired of corporate greed and fake advertising
