Clean establishment with excellent service. I tried the chicken parmesan and wasn’t too impressed with the pizza sauce. Some home made marinara would definitely set this sandwich off.

Recently went to Penn Station Subs (7/31/23), this is my first time since 2007/2008. The food was just as good now as it was way back when. From what I remember anyway!

As several have stated, this seems to be a poor version of what I’m used to when it comes to Penn Station. One restroom was out of order. There are paper signs hanging everywhere telling you how to operate things – I can only assume because everything is not receiving regular maintenance.

The food is always cooked fresh and perfect t. I usually get the philly cheese steak. The only downfall is it’s kinda pricey.

I’m a big Penn Station fan, but this location seems to be lacking. Typically they overflow your container of fries, here they barely filled it. A significant part of my sandwich was completely devoid of filling. $15 for a sandwich missing it’s filling is insane.

Stood there 5 minutes and then when someone finally came the Man who appeared to be in charge completely ignored us a started serving a group that had came in right after us. If they can not follow basic customer functions, then they won’t get my business. BTW a young girl worked behind the counter and never acknowledged that we were even breathing…

Hit this Penn Station up yesterday. As always I was not disappointed. I stuck with my usual 12″ artichoke. I love this sandwich. Of course threw in one of their epic cookies because they are so worth it and I felt like being naughty on the calories. The staff was great. Service timely. Place was clean and orderly.

We go there quite a bit, most of the time its ok. Sometimes employees are young and don’t care. They don’t clean the rest rooms very much at all. Today we went and the french fries( which are usually one of their best things) were disgusting greasy and soggy, heres the pic. We are very dissapointed. This place is such a gamble. Mancinos down the street is always good though. Really need to step it up or this location won’t last probably.
