I ordered hot, less sweet almond milk caramel craze for $6.88 for medium size. I’ve got a little warm coffee so sweet that I felt like my mouth was full of honey. The cup was all milky carameled around and my hands too after having it. And on receipt I read “milk” and I hope they didn’t added it in it because I asked for almond one. I’m very unsatisfied for that for $6.88! I went to QT and bought another coffee for $2.20.

We wanted to get a coffee around 9:10pm on Sunday. Website states it closes at 10pm, arrived there 9:20pm and it is already close. I had to drive some minutes further to the other Dunkin’ Donuts that was actually open and was able to get a good coffee there.

Stood in lobby for 10 mins and no service or people, could hear them laughing in back. Went to restroom came out there was 4 of them sitting by drive through window eating and talking and then someone bringing ice told one of them to come help me. Then I waited 2 mins for the guy to stop his conversation. Awful service

I specifically order all glazed munchkins and every single time, they give me assorted and I have to mention these are supposed to be glazed and they all get super annoyed. I’m super annoyed that they didn’t listen the first time and it would’ve saved us all the headache. Also, I ordered a sandwich that I had to wait for and it was still barely warm, with burnt edges… might need to check their microwave/toaster out. ‍♀️
