Worst pizza place in Rochester NY I place online order at 4:42 pm for delivery I live like 3 blocks from store and I didn’t get my pizzas till 6:17 pm. Tried calling store no answer for 30 minutes straight called like 4 orb5 times and no one answer fir 30 minutes. When I got my PIZZAS they were Horrible. Do not get anything from Domino’s on East main st in Rochester NY.

Call all of the Pizza shops in Rochester, and you will find that Domino’s employees are the most polite. While it’s impossible to be perfect, the E. Main & Culver Rd. Domino’s can be trusted to make your pizza just the way you ordered it, and outside of their Pizza Insurance, they are genuinely concerned with getting your food order correct. The drivers are also polite and on time, though you can use the Pizza Tracker to see where your pizza is from prep, to moving on the road to your house. However, if you do not like Garlic, you must tell them so in the “Special Instructions” or your pizza will have a layer of garlic salt in the box, and that’s the default value. Yuk 🙂

The women working gave me amazing customer service!! Pleasantly Greeted me! Kind when checking me out -despite it being midnight/closing time!!! Wrong food delivered. Tried to call to correct the issue, they would not pick up the phone. Dominos online will only give you an “I’m sorry” offer 20% off usable within 7 days and no refund

While their chicken wings leave a lot to be desired (more like pigeon wings), I always enjoy the pizzas. The crust is consistently soft with just enough crunch and flavor, the toppings are never skimped, and the prices, when using the every day “coupons”, are very reasonable.

I ordered over the phone. I asked the representative if this was a certain location and he told me yes. After waiting in the parking lot over 15 minutes to have order brought out I was told they did not have it. So then I had to drive 10 minutes to another location that the first one said it might be at. Well it was there. Paid for it get back in car and looked at the pizza. Looked good but it was lukewarm at best. I am not happy. The process to place an order is terrible and not easy for a customer.
