This was the worst experience I have ever had with Domino’s. I ordered online, and it said it would be 10-12 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and went there. The Tracker on the wall said my pizza was done, but the girl at the counter said it was not. I waited an additional 25 minutes for my order, until she finally gave it to me. She did not give me the soda I paid for, she did not give me my correct change, and my pizza which was supposed to be Extra Cheese and Extra Pepperoni was half burnt, and had hardly enough cheese to cover the pizza, and barely and Pepperoni. I am completely frustrated with this purchase.

Ordered pizza to my hotel room. Came on time.. But was very poorly and carelessly made! Worst dominos order I’ve ever had. The stuffed bread sticks weren’t fully cooked and still dough like! Only a massive pile of cheese in the middle and the rest was just uncooked dough. The pizza had hardly any sauce. One half had none and the other half was so minimal that if I didn’t see the tiny bit of red color, I wouldn’t have thought there was any! It was SO dry that it was hard to eat, and we were only saved cuz the bread sticks were not edible so we used the sauce from those to dip the pizza. Paid for extra cheese that I didn’t get. And missed some extra stuff I ordered but did get some, as well. Very disappointing.

I was hoping when it opened back up awhile ago after being under construction way too long that it would actually have more competent workers, but it really doesn’t. I’m not going to blame everything on the workers because it’s a stressful environment and not an easy job and I understand that.
