Typical Donatos franchise. As always my pizza and salad were fresh and delicious. If you’ve never had a pizza here it’s a thin crust piled high with your toppings of choice. I suggest they’re Serious Meat specialty pizza if you’re a meat lover. We visited this restaurant in the middle of the day and the service was friendly and lightning fast. The tables and floors were spotless clean. The bathrooms were clean, though the fixtures were old. Access to/from highway 36/Rockville Rd. was quick and easy and parking was ample. Handicap parking is available as well the restaurant has handicap access and bathrooms. Baby changer available in the men’s bathroom as well.

I called because we were missing a pizza. I had to ask the 2nd person who came on the phone if she was the manager because she just said, “Hi, this is ___.” She actually said, “I’m confused. Your pizza just came out of the oven.” Really? She’s either lying about being the manager or Donatos has really low standards. No apology or offer to make it up to us. Just that once the driver gets back they’ll send it out…

Ordered Donatos pizza on line got it two hours later. Cold, Hawaiian pizza had way too much cinnamon on it, ordered two 2 liters, got 2 20 oz. Drinks. Tried to call, no one would answer except a answering service, the guy sounded like he was half asleep or stoned. Thanks Donatos for another screwed up order.

No garlic on the burnt cheese bread I’m guessing that’s supose to be full order of cheese bread had to pull apart ,hot wings were good, pizza really dry! not much toppings or sauce ect . on pizza and they were out of mushrooms( pizza place out of mushrooms hmmm)

They now use an outside phone answering service. Speak poor English. Don’t understand what is a pizza. Showed up early for pick up and the staff of 5 is out back, smoking, picking there nose, that’s scary. Not sure if I will ever return.

Wow! $35 for a medium cheese pizza, hard breads ticks, a ham sandwich that was literally torn apart with only 1 piece of ham, and boneless wings that were so small and overcooked. The “wings” were not much bigger than a quarter coin

(Since leaving this review a few weeks back and leaving one on their Facebook I’m reasonably certain they’ve blocked me since now it will not let me view the fb page… simply amazing customer service skills… especially since a new pizza place opens every week in Avon and I’m sure if they keep acting like idiots they’ll simply close!) Ordered tonight online and left special Instructions. Instead of leaving those instruction to chance we called to make sure the pizza would be correct. After the pie was delivered over an hour late I opened the box to learn the pizza was still wrong. Called them with no answer. Called the number online who calls them with no answer and then hangs up on us. Worthless
