Hannah G’s is such a homely restaurant with amazing food and vibe. We ordered so much for the two of us (2 veggie sandwiches, loaded waffle, hot chocolate and home fries) that all the staff wondered if we would actually complete everything, but the food was so delicious that we actually finished!

Horrendous customer service. I’ve been here multiple times before and the food is consistent, but after my last experience I’ll never be returning. A dish came out incorrectly, so we informed the wife of the owner. She proceeded to roll her eyes, laugh, and walk away. When she passed by again, we flagged her, and she mockingly questioned what we said. My husband stated “That’s what she said.” reiterating our issue, she then grabbed my husband’s shoulder and told him he needed to calm down. I don’t think touching a customer is appropriate whatsoever, and everyone was calm aside from her erratic behavior with every table and employee she interacted with (this wasn’t just an “us” issue).
