When this location first opened, everything was great. The management was great. After a poor experience yesterday from when I called the store to place an order. Then coming in to place the order due to poor communication over the phone. I can tell things have changed. After leaving I called because one of the sides had been left out but still poor communication so i called this morning hoping to speak to a new person and i was told nothing can be done about that and that there is no manager to speak to, sorry, and good bye. I am giving 3 stars only because all my prior experiences have been great. Last night the macaroni was old, the fish was dry and they did not put the fries in the pan like they usually do. Then to top it with poor service. I am not sure I would come back especially if the food quality and the service is going to be mediocre to poor.

(Grubhub delivery) I got the shrimp dinner w/drink. I asked for watermelon crush and got pineapple! I’m deathly allergic to yellow dye! Opened the dinner and tasted the shrimp, to only find out they are not fresh and was so damn rubbery! I called the location and got attitude, when I told them about their mistake & how the food was old! When I said I was deathly allergic to yellow dye, he said OK! I asked him why he gave me the pineapple without calling me, he said they ran out of watermelon and only had pineapple & other flavors! I asked for the name of the general manager, and was told to look it up and then hung up! Whoever owns that location needs to train their employees better!

I experienced there Whiting fish did not have no flavor and then the guy that works in there. He got upset because I didn’t like them shaken all that lemon pepper all over my Whiting fish and fries. His reason was everybody gets that on their food my reply was. I didn’t ask you for that I asked you for some Whiting fish and fries. The fish had no flavor to it at all. I would never come back there again.
