Food was good and honestly pretty good portions for the price. It’s a real eat first half torta then save the other half for later. Just a real Hispanic vibe to the place, nothing special just liek an el Tarasco type beat. I’d get it again if I was in the area and didn’t wanna try anything else.

I really like their green juice and their tortas. One thing I didn’t like was that when I tried placing a phone order, the guy (manager) hung up on me after having me wait for 5 minutes on the line. He was probably new, and didn’t know how to take a phone order. Nonetheless, I still went in and made him aware of what he did.

I for the most part enjoy their food. I always get their Taquitos or carne asada torta. I love their smoothies. However sometimes their customers service can be a hit or miss. Around 10:30am I order 3 tortas to take to work for my coworkers and me. On my torta they forgot to put meat so I wasn’t able to get it fixed right away cuz I didn’t realize till 2:00 pm so after I got off of work I went to Cancun juice to get a new torta. When I told the cashier that was their, she look at me dum founded as if she didn’t know what to do. She went to get another girl and I told her what happened and I also bought in the torta I didn’t eat as evidence “ like look no meat” she look at me confused n didn’t know what to say….. “ well I’ll get you a new one” k, thank you.

First of all Perla (cashier) has bad customer service! Rude and disrespectful. If she’s not happy at her job she shouldn’t be working there. I reported her attitude to a “manager” who refused to give me her name. So I doubt she was a manager. Both Perla and “Manager” laughed at the situation. Second, I ordered a carne asada burrito and when I got home to find out there was no carne asada in my burrito. I am not sure if it was a mistake or on purpose. (See Photos)
