We are a family owned business, with 10+years in Asian Cuisine. All our sauces are homemade for the best quality, and all our food is cooked fresh to order. We offer Sushi both in the way of traditional and western style like DEEP FRIED SUSHI ROLLS!!! We also offer Hibachi dishes cooked with homemade teriyaki sauce and stir fry noodle options, hand made crab rangoon! We have many vegan and gluten free options.

We just moved from Hawaii to Brookfield Missouri in May (2022), so when we were riding around in Macon we saw Hoshi’s Sushi food truck and I HAD to try out one of their sushi platters, it was ONOLICIOUS!
