What a fun brunch experience! The service and quick and friendly. The whole menu looked great, I got the chicken and wild rice soup with tea sandwiches which were delicious! My friends got the shrimp and grits and the salmon and they really enjoyed it too. A beautiful walk around the grounds and gardens after too- we had a blast

I have been eating here since 1990 and love the atmosphere and food. The “Swanhouse Special” with chicken salad, frozen fruit salad and cheese straws are a standard. The mimosas and the swan meringue with Chantilly cream and a cup of coffee is the perfect end to a great lunch. They offer afternoon tea with finger sandwiches and desserts too. If you have not been you must go it is the last hold out of Buckhead’s true southern luncheon cuisine. The multi colored roses and white table cloth make it special. They have a lovely gift shop adjourning it with special items stroll through and check it out.

I had my baby shower here and let me just say it was an experience I will ALWAYS remember. Alyssa as well as the servers and chef were phenomenal! Food was delicious, drinks were refilled at the perfect time. All around it was great. Family and friends are still talking about how much of a good time they had. We had two entrees chicken and waffles and shrimp and grits. Both were delicious! There were vegetarian options and valet parking! Also kid friendly thank you so much Alyssa and the rest of Swan Coach House for making this such a stress free and fun experience!

Excellent salmon cakes, the gift shop next door is also charming. The dining room can seem a bit formal it’s quiet and hushed like a library but I love going there for its classic southern charm.

Thank you so very much to all the staff at the Swan Coach House!! The surprise baby shower we gave for my niece was a huge success in large part to all the wonderful staff there! From the hostess downstairs when we arrived to the two excellent wait staff and the general manager, all went above and beyond to make sure the shower/luncheon was very special for my niece and all the guests. When the staff found out this was a surprise party, they all were very conscious to “keep the secret”! The staff was unobtrusive while at the same time making sure all the guests and the guest of honor had all they needed. They even offered to make something special for a very young guest who was actually very happy eating the muffins and “ice cream” with fruit (aka the frozen fruit salad)! LOL! The classic menu was a hit as always and delicious. This was the first time I had attended or hosted an event in The Swan Room and we were all delighted with the location. It was beautiful and perfect for our group of 16. I so appreciated the help of the event planners as they made this easy for me. No stress on my part! Always love attending events there and hope to do so again in the very near future.

Came for a bridesmaids luncheon. It was a good time! The drinks are fun, and at around $7, pretty reasonably priced. The food was good too! The frozen fruit salad was interesting—very sugary. It was nice for a bite, but it would be a lot to have the entire serving. The regular french fries were really good, and I thought they were better than the sweet potato fries.
