I just had a bad experience with the manager at the Landrum, SC location. I placed a carryout order earlier this evening (6:29 PM 5/20/23). I used the carside delivery to receive my order. Once I got home and opened the boxes I noticed they had given me the wrong food. I called to report the discrepancy. The manager told me I could drive back to the store to get the correct order, which would have been a 30 minute drive. This has happened a couple of times already this year and she has given me credits to make up for the mistakes. This time she tried to tell me they don’t give credits because customers lie to get free food. I’ve been a loyal weekly customer at that store for a year, so for her to insinuate that I was being dishonest was very disrespectful. I will no longer be giving my business to this location. A restaurant that doesn’t value their customers doesn’t deserve to stay in business.

4 days ago I order a pizza for delivery I had a wonderful experience the lady was really nice (stated she was the manager) the problem was today , I called to place a order and had told them I would like to place a online delivery order , they told me they didn’t deliver to my address I told them they did 4 days earlier and he said uhhh no we didn’t. I then said I apologize but I needed to speak with a manager bc they literally just delivered us a pizza he then got mad and said bluntly no you can’t, i said excuse me ? He then went off and said I am the manager to which I told him that I spoke with the manager last week and would like to speak with her again and he said no I am manager on shift and we are not delivering to you . I just said thanks and hung up

Called in & ordered 2 large pizzas for pick-up. Upon arrival at the store, was told my order was never put in. Said they could make my pizzas but would take 15-20 minutes. Aggravated, I agreed to wait & have them make it. I was quoted $28 when I placed my order on the phone; however, order was now $36 for same pies. This did not make me happy & had their competitores been open today, I would have left. Unfortunately, I didn’t have an option, as company came into town & was only here thru lunch. I feel something other than an apology should have been offered. I will definitely re-think my options next time with my local Dominos being at the bottom of the list.

Domino’s used to be good as far as taste, quality and service goes when Pizza Hut was still in Landrum. Once they killed pizza hut’s business and shut them down as a competitor they’ve went down hill drastically. The quality of food is terrible now and so is the service. They no longer have anybody to complete with locally so they don’t care. If you’re in the mood for good pizza try Bucks Pizza. Don’t waste your time or money.

Since this is the only place that will deliver we are limited. 3 times in a row when Michelle worked there, our orders would ALWAYS be messed up. I’ve noticed a new person is making our orders now (Lisa or Liz, I think is her name) all has been fantastic! Kudos to her. We get it delivered fast also.

I wouldn’t even give this place a star! This is the worse! The pizza is over priced I spent 36$ on two pizzas and some bread, then got charged twice for it!! I asked for a refund and all they could say was “everyone is getting charged twice and corporate can refund it back to you” but the woman manager would not give her name or corporates number. It’s been about a month and no refund!! Do not order here!!!

We placed an order anonymously for a family several times and we never received any feedback. So when I ordered today I asked for tracking and when I received the order complete I called to make sure the handoff of food was done and this is when he put me thru to the manager. She said they were not allowed to deliver there anymore, SO WHEN WERE YOU GOING TO TELL US? You’ve been charging our credit card each time ! The manager said yes! We have been charging your card and throwing the food in the trash . This is what the district manager said to do until we called them to ask how the delivery went. WHAT?? They obviously have our phone number , they could have called and told us – or how about this, at least not charged our credit card. Come on! I even received the “ORDER COMPLETE” message. Right – it was complete straight to the trash can ! This is so wrong on many many levels ! I will never go there again or recommend to anyone else. STEALING THAT’S EXACTLY WHAT THIS IS!!!
