Ordered thru McDonald’s app as delivery. Paid the fee and tipped driver. They forgot a whole burger, fry and soda. But they can’t fix their screw up by having it delivered bc they sublet out to door dash. Maybe for your customers don’t screw up or make up for it by having door dash redeliver on your dime and maybe your manager deliver it.

Restaurant over all was very dirty and not well stocked. Floors were dirty tables were dirty seats were dirty. The childrens area was a complete mess! Restrooms were not terrible but did need attention. Food was not well prepared either. Very poor management.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered ckn nugget meal two sweet teas and a latte. I am a loyal customer and never experienced the customer service from the manager Brandon. I got two unsweetened teas and the employee was told to add sugar iny teas. I told her no that I wanted my sweet teas and he continued to argue with me and locked the window and told me he was going to call the cops if I didn’t leave. I received my food fries were cold and nuggets were hard as a rock. Learn some customer service Brandon and the most funny thing he told me I don’t know my job lol I don’t even work at McDonald’s
