I like Taco Bell and this location has always delivered accurate orders, quickly, and always seemed clean. Folks working there seem like they care, like their jobs, and are friendly, which is almost unheard of in fast food 2023.

Stopped by 7/9/23 afternoon to grab my father some food. The kid taking our order sounded like he did not care at all and sounded miserable he also was impatient and rude. I’m appalled by this place as the food gave my father food poisoning and he has been sick all night. Also as we where at the window he threw the change back at us and then proceeded to complain about his job and talk rudely about the company and managers to the other workers and they where all laughing it up. Is this a company? Or an immature kid zone with food poisoning. The pricing has also gone way up trying to charge more for giving the community moldy food. My family and friends will never eat there again.

My fiance and I went stopped in there on 8-17-22. Very nice respectable staff asked if we need anything we totally forgot our silverware so one of the ladies got it for us. As we were leaving the same lady very nice asked how our meals were we told her really good, we even told her that the taco bell is way nicer then the one in Mitchell were we are from.

It’s nice that they keep later hours then alot of the dine in and take out fast food resturants are in town. Food was good, and hot, and convenient. But they got our order wrong. Was still tasty.

The person in the Drive-Thru window addressed me as though they were disaffected by their job and not able to relate to the customer very well. I ordered basic items such as chicken quesadilla without cheese in order to supply my two onboard passengers which were my dogs and a little bit of a snack in order for them to have something to eat and this person took exception said we can’t serve you like that. And then he made a slanted little snippy comment about oh I thought you drove off nobody came up after the car in front of you pulled up and oh you have a large truck that’s why. I sat there and I felt like I was about ready to unload all my angst and anger at him but felt it was totally lost on the situation because he wouldn’t have known how to address his own shortcomings before actually filling my order. I would have to definitely not use this particular address that I went to. Much at all I was very unable to enjoy my meal my dogs were unable to enjoy their small snack that I provided for them and overall opinion was to get the hell out of there and go somewhere else for food that was more substantial.
