Horrible service in New Orleans east!!! Call papa John and they send you to a national operator ! If anything goes wrong with your order you can Not call papa john where you ordered your food ..once they get your money you are placed on hold ! Now papa john deals with door dash for deliveries; they don’t call you to confirm they’re on their way ..noting but a text and they delivered to the wrong address! $60 worth of food ..now I had to ride to the location to get a refund ..tip back and everything! They treat New Orleans east customer horribly ! They don’t do this in the Metairie locations ! Def a better services …and I know this for fact !! I’m done with papa John in the east !

Manager canceled my delivery order after an hour of waiting when I called to find out why they said my address wasn’t registering and that I would have to order over the phone, which I did. I then noticed they charged me double the amount. When I called back and asked the manager why, I was told I wouldn’t be charged the same amount if I called in. I advised the issue was on there end and not mine and I have never had this issue before. The manager was very ghetto and rude and although I have ordered from this Papa John’s many times, I won’t be again until this store is under new and better management!

I ordered (8) pieces of Bar-BQ Wings and Garlic Twist, when the order arrived the Wings are delivered but not the Garlic Twist, I was charged $13.00 + other fees. In October 2021, I ordered One(1) Large Pepperoni Pizza with Anchovies, and (1) ..2 liter Sprite. When the order arrived I had (2) large Pizzas with (2) .. 2 liter Sprite. I accepted the order as not to cause a problem, however this has been a common practice. I will not order anything from Papa John’s again. The driver/ delivery man said he run the store and manage all orders and I was the one who made the error on the order. I’m very disappointed in the way Papa John’s do business and the quality of the app to order online most times don’t work.

Delivery driver was super kind and courteous–deserved a bigger tip than I could afford. Once my order was in the “delivery” phase it didn’t take long at all to get. It took the store over an hour to make my pizza though. The vegetables on the supreme tasted like they were expired or unwashed or something–they weren’t good. The rest of the pizza was fine, and I really liked their spicy garlic sauce. I have mixed feelings about this Papa John’s.

Placed a carryout order during the dinner rush and it was done before I was ready to leave for the pickup. When I got there, everyone looked completely exhausted but the food was the best quality I’ve had in a long time. Please give this crew a raise. I will make sure to start tipping on carryout because your employees deserve some kind of recognition for their work ethic and attention to quality even when they are exhausted.
