Last time coming here in Wabash. I waited (which is not a big deal) so they could make a fresh chicken strip. The problem being, the fries were hard as a rock and the hushpuppies were so crisp that u couldn’t break them. I think they should’ve made the whole meal fresh. I asked that they make sure I had tarter sauce. But none. Aggravating and sad.

I ordered a bowl today and I was very the potatoes were so thin they were tasteless the gravy was like colored water poured over everything and the corn was so hard you couldn’t chew it I had at least one piece of chicken in the bowl though that was so hard you couldn’t eat it sorry but I’ll never order from you again

First off the girl didn’t put the lid on the drink so yeah….wore that! Then when trying to give the drink back and get napkins she’s handing me the receipt instead of napkins. No “sorry” nothing. Get home order wasn’t right and no condiments in bag even though they were asked for specifically. Do better!

Nightcrew 8:44 pm on 9/6/2022. Cashier Kaedyn was very polite, and clear speaking thru the intercom. She handled my hostile, aggravated self, because I cannot see the menus in Drive Thru. She did a Great Job helping me. 10++++ for great customer service! Keep up the good work night crew. Food was hot and fresh, KFC pricing a little high, but thats becoming the norm.Over Experience was Awesome!!! 10++++ from me.

Terrible! Ordered on the app, get there to pick up only to be informed that they are out of flour to make the extra crispy chicken! So we requested they cancel the order & give us a refund but because we used the app that can’t be done. I have to go onto the app & refund it myself. Why would there be a refund option on the app…everyone would use it! When they were asked to assist with it, I was told I would have to call the next day to speak with the gm! So here we go, family of 4, $35 stolen, no food & headed for the next restaurant! I wouldn’t recommend this place or the app for that matter to the dog down the road! Don’t give this place the chance to steal from your family!!!
