As a long time coffee lover with stomach issues, I had given it up for a month or so. I was feeling particularly weak in my resolve one morning and decided to cave and have a cup of cold brew from Dunkin. Why Dunkin coffee varies so much from day to day I’ll never know. Some days the coffee tastes terrible and stale, some days it’s burnt, other days it’s good. Today was a bad day to break my no coffee streak. No idea how cold brew can taste both burnt and stale, but it did.

Ordered a unsweetened ice tea. Order they gave me was an iced coffee. Went around and told them it was coffee not iced tea. The girl is arguing and saying it was ice tea. What happened to the customer is always right?! Then she handed me a sweet tea! Never again! I will go to the dunkin on skippack pike. They are my go to anyway. I see the reviews from others…. I guess the reviews aren’t surprising as what happened to me today!

i have been coming here everyday around the same time for over a year now, i have always been so satisfied. but recently I noticed that no matter how much i come here i never am recognized. the coffee has been so bad lately. i asked the lady at the window to remake my latte or add more coffee and she just refused and just told me thats how they come. but i argued i come here everyday and this is just not right, its straight milk. so i went inside and another sweet lady helped me and added a little more coffee to it. and the the lady at the window noticed I came in and yelled across the kitchen, “is it better, do you need more coffe” it was super rude how she handled the situation and i will not be coming back. you lost a customer who spend $12-24 everyday.

2 days in a row I ordered a corn muffin and a coffee. 1st day I pull up to the window and they handed me my coffee and credit card but no corn muffin. The window closed. I waited for someone to open again and I asked what happened to my corn muffin. They said they don’t have any more. It would’ve been nice for them to say something when I ordered it. 2nd day I ordered the same thing, but asked first if they had corn muffins. They said yes. So I proceeded with the usual order and went to the window. AGAIN, I’m handed my coffee and credit card and window closed. I waited until they opened up again and I was asked if I needed something. I said yes, the corn muffin. She said I didn’t order a corn muffin. I told her i asked through the intercom if they had it and was told yes. So I handed her my card again and was charged for the corn muffin. It took them long to give the corn muffin. She handed me a bag and she folded it closed. I found that strange. When I was about 10 miles out I opened the bag to eat my corn muffin and I was given a BEAT UP MUFFIN, AND IT WASN’T EVEN CORN MUFFIN!!!!!! (See picture)This was my go to place every morning. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
