This is the only location that gets our order correct and the meat & cheese actually ON THE SANDWICH. Every time we come to this one the people are super friendly and helpful. Also it’s always super clean! We have picked up from here multiple times and they’re the only ones to get it right and always greet us and tell us to have a good day when we leave. The other ones we’ve been to hardly acknowledge us at all. Props to these employees!!!!!

We got sandwiches here on a busy day. Everything was prepared perfectly, and the servers were friendly. My daughter especially enjoyed her food, saying that the quality was far above that of some other local sandwich places.

Smh they messed up my order I called after the girl sat the phone down for 5 min someone else got on and said they would credit me my order I call back 8 days later the manager argued with me about it until I told her I have receipt and pictures so she was so unprofessional I didn’t want the food my coworker call and place a order with 8 meals and they messed up four of them and again was rude on the phone the receipt clear stated the correct order.How do u except the staff to not be rude when both managers are and so unprofessional after all this twice to get a sandwich corrected and the rudenesses. Our company will never eat there again maybe if they were not all on their phones they could have staff pay attention to the customers! It don’t know about freaky fast…it was more like moderately freaky fast. That small issue aside, the food was great and the staff helpful. My standing complaint with this particular store is the meat locker like temperature inside. It’s got to be in the 67 degree range. No reason it needs to be that cold in there.

My wife loves Jimmy John’s sandwich, but everytime I order a Turkey Tom with Just meat, cheese, mayo and have them add bacon, they always still add lettuce and tomatoes. Tomatoes make me sick. Again, my wife loves it. I would like to get a sandwich without veggies.l, but it must not be an option.
