Great pizza! Each time you get a pizza, they attach a ticket and when you collect 25 of them you get a free “YOUR CHOICE any size” pizza as it say’s on each and every ticket, right? WRONG!! So recently we called the Downers Grove location and ordered an 18” Jumbo. My wife mentioned to the person taking the order that we had 25 tickets. He proceeded to tell my wife that the largest we could get was the medium. My wife said, “the tickets show “any size”, but he would not allow us to get a Jumbo. So beware.. We’re going back to Angelo’s in downtown Downers Grove!

Biggie Fishing Adventures
I ordered a meal from Cassano’s for delivery. The lady told me that my delivery wait would be 40 minutes. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes and called to see where it was. Another lady named Marie told me that who ever took my order put it in as a carry out. So I then said that it was supposed to be a delivery. She then said that she would reorder my meal and that it would be there in an hour. I said that it is unacceptable that I should have to wait another hour. I said I just want my money back and then she put me on hold. I was thinking that she was going to make up for their mistake and put in front of the line and get it to me asap. Nope! She said that they were refunding my money and I would get it back in 5 days. I then said that is unacceptable and she had no remorse or even acted like she cared a bit. We love ordering from Cassano’s mainly because it’s local and we like to take care of local companies. We order there quite often and to be treated like that blows my mind. I guess they don’t need my business. There are too much competition out there and we will spend our money other places. I will never order from there again! Marie should not be in customer service. I get that she didn’t make the mistake but mistakes happen. It’s about how you react to your company you represent mistakes is what matters. Marie failed Cassano’s and because of how Marie reacted with me today, Cassano’s has lost a lifetime customer forever!

One of the well-baked pizzas you can find around the area, especially their deluxe pizza and bacon cheddar fries, is my all-time favourite. Their chicken wings are something to consider If you are not much of a pizza fan just make sure to order them well done.
